I recently made some baked mini muffin-pan donuts – and they were delicious!
The recipe, from Crunchy Creamy Sweet, has shown up in my Pinterest and Facebook feeds repeatedly. I decided to cut it down by half, which produced about 12 tiny donut bites. And boy were they delicious! I consider this to be an epic Pinterest win!
The exciting part of this recipe is that they are egg-free – perfect for people with egg-related intolerances such as myself. I decided to add a pinch of cinnamon, ground cloves, and all spice to my batter. Delicious!
Paired with a little Maui Coffee co. coffee, these were the most delicious treat. A little too sweet and fatty, but why not?
