I was pleased to find a new book waiting for me when I arrived home this afternoon. I ordered Julia Rothman’s Farm Anatomy, along with her newest title Nature Anatomy, which came out on Tuesday. I’m still eagerly awaiting the new release, but looking forward to curling up on the couch during tomorrow’s snow storm and buffing up on my farm knowledge.
At first look, I’m in love with the charming diagrams and portrayals of all aspects of farming. This book is the perfect companion for biologists and farm enthusiasts… it’s bright and provides the reader with lots of fun comparisons from chicken combs to hot pepper varieties.
I can’t wait to review both of Rothman’s titles once I’ve had a chance to take them in!
