Inspired by the Oatmeal, one of my favourite web-comics of all time, I’ve decided to create a Facebook page for this blog.

I know a lot of people enjoy getting updates from blogs in their social networks, but for me, Facebook has always seemed a little bit too personal. I am comfortable sharing things on twitter but when it comes to sharing things with the people I actually know in real life… I’m more than a little nervous. But I digress.

What else am I up to these days?  Well, firstly I am writing a job application for a posting that I stumbled across this morning. I’m also brainstorming a series of blog posts that breaks my job search into manageable chunks – a strategy that worked so well for me in university that I’m transitioning it into my adult life.  And finally, trying to get caught up on the wave of lovely comments that my blog has received following my second Freshly Pressed blog post!
